Terms of Service

Welcome to Carzoo. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Carzoo operates in Lebanon and provides a marketplace that connects users with vehicle rental suppliers and vehicle sellers. We do not own, rent, sell, or finance vehicles listed on the platform.

Rentals

Carzoo is a booking platform that connects renters with verified rental suppliers. When you reserve a vehicle through Carzoo, your booking request is sent directly to the supplier. All rental agreements, payments, deposits, and security holds are handled directly between you and the supplier. Carzoo does not process rental payments or hold deposits.

Suppliers are responsible for vehicle availability, condition, pickup or delivery arrangements, and compliance with local laws. Rental suppliers will contact you within 24 hours of receiving a booking request to confirm details, finalize availability, and arrange payment.

Optional add-ons such as child car seats are offered at the supplier's discretion and priced separately. Delivery is available as a user-selectable option where the supplier offers it; delivery fees, if any, are set and collected by the supplier.

The Carzoo Guarantee covers verified bookings placed through the platform: if you book it and the supplier cannot honor the reservation, we will help you find a suitable replacement or refund any platform-related fees. The guarantee does not cover disputes over payments, deposits, fuel, damage, or traffic violations handled directly with the supplier.

Vehicle Purchases

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Buyers are responsible for verifying vehicle details, condition, and ownership before making any purchase or payment. All purchase transactions take place directly between the buyer and seller.

Accounts & Conduct

Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. We reserve the right to remove listings, cancel bookings, or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.
